CHICAGO-Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A Inc. is planning to construct a restaurant measuring 4,600 square feet on Elston Avenue. The chicken sandwich chain's proposal for a new restaurant will be heard by the Chicago Plan Commission.

The chain has plans to construct a drive-through restaurant at 2579 N. Elston Ave. on a part of the parking site for a Home Depot Inc. store. The parking lot is owned by Home Depot, property records reveal. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
