JACKSONVILLE, FL-Old San Jose on the River has been purchased by Condo Capital Solutions for an undisclosed amount. Old San Jose on the River features three townhouse residences, a four-unit condominium and an 18-unit, five-story condominium on the St. John's River.
McGarvey Residential Communities' Jay McGarvey is acting as the original developer for the community. Additionally, McGarvey Residential and Condo Capital are organizing a sales launch for the community and will release pricing information and new product early next year.
