ORLANDO-Holler-Classic has bought 26.8 prime acres located at SR 46 and I-4 in Sanford. The purchased land was the previous site of the Bill Heard franchise.

The company has plans to renovate as well as improve the commercial site. New construction and renovations is expected to be complete within a year. The managing director of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, Brad Peterson, negotiated the deal on behalf of GE Capital Real Estate, the lender. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
