Back to the Center, and Ciao to the Left
This was a big week for the Obama Administration and for the economy at large. The passage of the tax legislation last week provided the framework for a much stronger foundation for the long-awaited recovery. We wondered if Obama would move to the right, but go figure that he would leap-frog to the “center” on the heels of the general election. We continue to experience increased strategic hiring activity across most real estate sectors, and a possible centrist political scene will reinforce the positive outlook for 2011. And with that, rest easy. Best wishes for a healthy, happy and relaxing holiday week ahead.
