SECAUCUS, NJ-NBA Entertainment will move its production, programming and broadcasting facility from 450 Harmon Meadow Blvd. to 175,000 square feet at 100 Plaza Dr., also part of Harmon Meadow, says owner/developer Hartz Mountain Industries. The building will receive major interior and exterior renovations. Parking will be available in an adjacent deck.

“We are happy to continue our almost 20-year relationship with Hartz Mountain in a transaction that benefits both parties,” NBA commissioner David Stern said in a statement. “We have had an excellent experience in a great location for our employees and look forward to many years of the same.”

Harman Meadow is located near Routes 3, 17, 1 and 9, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike. Amenities include retail, restaurants, entertainment, the LA Fitness Center and a newly renovated outdoor plaza. Other tenants at the complex include Children’s Place, Ernst & Young and AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co.

“Activity is picking up, but in this economic climate office facilities can only compete if they can check off all the boxes--competitive rent, great transportation, services and a safe environment,” says Emanuel Stern, president and COO of Hartz Mountain Industries.
