NEW YORK CITY-A new Hudson Station bar will be opened in the tourist traffic territory around 35th Street. The bar has inked a lease for 15 years with the Paramount Group for 7,111 square feet at 440 Ninth Avenue.

The new bar will have no less than two projection screens, a pool table and 25 high-definition TVs. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Ed Reilly from Reilly Real Estate, while Peter Brindley and Andrew Conner represented the owner in-house.
