MIAMI-In a flurry of leasing activity, Nova Southeastern University has exercised an early lease renewal of about 70,000 square feet of space at Kendall Village Center, inked a new 20,220-square-foot lease, and opted for an early lease renewal of about 5,900 square feet at The Professional Arts Center at Kendall Village. At 96,000 square feet, the combined deal is one of the largest office lease signed in the Miami this year.

Jeff and Michael Berkowitz of Miami-based Berkowitz Realty Group acted as the exclusive leasing agents for Kendall Village Center. Jamie Pudicombe of Palmaple Corp. represented Nova Southeastern University.
