CHICAGO-Duke Realty Corp., an Indianapolis-based REIT, is selling two office buildings situated in Lake Forest to a joint venture it holds with CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust. The joint venture is purchasing the Lake Forest buildings, which are part of a 3.1-million-square-foot, 20-building office portfolio, for $517 million.
The properties, located at 100 Field Drive and 1925 W. Field Court, are of the same size and total around 205,000 square feet. The REIT holds a 20% interest in the joint venture. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
