WEEHAWKEN, NJ-UBS Financial Services has extended its leases for one million square feet at Lincoln Harbor here through 2028, according to developer Hartz Mountain Industries. The company has offices at 1000 and 1200 Harbor Blvd.

“Lincoln Harbor has become an even more appealing location than when UBS first came here in 1988,” says Emanuel Stern, president and COO of Hartz Mountain Industries. “The growth of our mixed-use projects, the addition of other waterfront development, increase in ferry service and the location make Lincoln Harbor one of the most esteemed locations in the metropolitan region.”

The development is located on 60 acres of waterfront property directly across from midtown Manhattan and adjacent to the Lincoln Tunnel entrance. Other tenants at the mixed-use complex include retail shops, restaurants, the 350-room Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel, a public park and a 250-slip marina.
