MIAMI-A casual Mexican-style eatery, Salsa Fiesta is opening its first restaurant in Broward County. Salsa Fiesta has signed a lease for 10 years for 2,600 square feet in Cobblestone Plaza situated on Pines Boulevard, west of I-75 in Pembroke Pines.
The eatery will be opened on March 2011. Tony Arellano, the Commercial Sales Director of Metro 1 Properties, negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
