NEW YORK CITY-Virgo Business Centers is opening its fourth business center in Manhattan. The business center company has leased 41,370 square feet at 575 Lexington Ave.

Virgo will occupy the entire fourth floor of the Silverstein Properties-owned building. In the transaction, Paul Wexler of Corcoran Wexler Properties represented the tenant, while Jeremy Moss and Roger Silverstein represented the landlord in-house.
