SEATTLE-CB Richard Ellis has hired Whitney Haucke as a managing director as the company plans for growth in its valuation and advisory services in 2011, according to Scott Biethan, senior managing director at CBRE. Haucke, who holds the MAI and CPA designations, will oversee the Valuation and Advisory Services offices in the Pacific Northwest region, which includes locations in Seattle and Portland. She will lead more than 20 professionals in providing clients with property valuations, market/feasibility studies, consulting services, rent surveys, site inspections, appraisal reviews and expert testimony.

Haucke’s professional career and family background has revolved around the real estate industry. With both her MAI and CPA training, the combined experience "will bring a unique blend of both real estate appraisal and appraisal for financial reporting to CBRE’s service offering," said Biethan, who cited her “vast background in institutional real estate experience” and a skill set that is well-suited to lead the expansion of the CBRE business segment.
