DALLAS-Corner Bakery has big plans to expand in its home state of Texas. The local chain, which opened its first location in 1991 and operates 118 locations across the country, expects to have at least 70 new stores throughout the Lone Star State over the next eight years.
“Even though we’re based in Texas, our largest markets are Chicago and California,” says John LaBarge, vice president of franchise business development at Corner Bakery Caf
