SAN JOSE, CA-Cassidy Turley’s San Jose and Santa Clara offices will be merging and relocating to 300 Santana Row in the summer of 2011. Cassidy Turley will be consolidating the two offices into 16,234 square feet of space on the entire top floor of the five-story class A building.

According to Todd Beatty, executive vice president and managing partner of Cassidy Turley’s Santa Clara office explains that “It is truly one of those rare opportunities and we feel we struck a home run with our new location, a real gem in the Valley.”

Santana Row, a property of Federal Realty Investment Trust, has been awarded a LEED Gold rating by the USGBC and is composed of 65,000 square feet of office space on four floors and 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

Cassidy Turley’s San Jose office is currently located at 1650 Technology Dr. in the San Jose Airport area, and its Santa Clara office is presently located at 475 El Camino Real in Santa Clara across from Santa Clara University. Jan Sweetnam, vice president and western region COO for Federal Realty points out that “We are thrilled to have one of the most prominent commercial real estate firms take the top floor of our project for their Silicon Valley headquarters.”

Santana Row is a 638,000-square-foot mixed-use development featuring over 70 retail shops, more than two dozen acclaimed restaurants, a 213-room boutique hotel and six-screen movie theatre. In addition to the dynamic retail collection, Santana Row offers 514 residential units featuring a fitness center, rooftop pool, and resort-living accommodations. Opening in late 2010 is Santana Row’s newest addition, 300 Santana Row, with 65,000 square feet of class A office space and 15,000 square feet of premium ground floor retail.
