NAI Taps Ruggiero as Global Capital Markets Leader

PRINCETON, NJ-He is tasked with expanding and managing capital markets activity across NAI’s worldwide platform and providing clients with acquisition/disposition and debt and equity financing solutions.

PRINCETON, NJ-NAI Global has named Peter L. Ruggiero managing director of global capital markets. According to NAI Global president and CEO Jeffrey M. Finn, Ruggiero’s mandate is to aggressively expand and manage capital markets activity across NAI’s worldwide platform, and provide NAI clients with comprehensive solutions, from acquisition/disposition to debt and equity financing and asset management.

“Peter is an accomplished industry veteran with tremendous experience as principal on both the buyer and seller side of the equation,” Finn said in a statement. “He is the perfect choice to help us build a more robust platform that leverages our strong local relationships with investors–high net worth individuals, private equity, REITs and institutional investors–and the specialized capabilities of our Investment Services group and financing arm to deliver more value for our clients.”
