EDISON, NJ-Through a transaction requiring the combination of two vacant stores and the construction of a 450-square-foot expansion, Lookin Good Salon & Day Spa has leased 2,650 square feet at Colonial Village here. The salon plans to open this month.

“Lookin Good Salon and Day Spa brings a synergy to Colonial Village that benefits both our retail and office tenants,” says Jaime M. Weiss, managing member of Colonial Village Associates LLC, and president of Moonachie-based Weiss Realty, the leasing and management agent who arranged this long-term lease transaction. “The retailers at Colonial Village share customers with one another, and the office tenants benefit from the convenience of shopping, dining and services.”

Located at the intersection of Route 27 Lincoln Highway and Parsonage Road, Colonial Village, which is now 100% leased, consists of 20,000 square feet of retail space, 50,000 square feet of office space and nearly 400 parking spaces. Other retail and restaurant tenants include Bernstein’s Fine Women’s Fashions, Susan’s Lingerie, Alan’s Fine Footwear, Zagat-rated Loucas restaurant, Uncle Ralphie’s Pizza, Ichiban Sushi, the Original Soupman and Meemah Chinese Restaurant.
