PARIS-European fund management group Aerium, based in Luxembourg, has sold office, logistics and retail property worth $262 million to French investment company Pegase Partners.
The portfolio of 14 properties mainly in the Paris region includes 650,000 square feet of offices, 700,000 square feet of logistics facilities and 65,000 square feet of retail space. They are leased to tenants including France Telecom, Easydis, Eiffage, BNP Paribas, Cetelem and GE Healthcare.
