MIAMI-In a major shakeup on the commercial real estate executive front, Alan Kleber and John Marshall have left Cushman & Wakefield to join CresaPartners as equity principals. The high producing brokers brought team players Matthew Cheezem and Alexia Koeppel with them to serve as senior advisor and corporate services associate, respectively.
The four CushWake brokers will work with CresaPartners founding partners David Preve, Barbara Liberatore Black, Charles Barton and Matthew Goodman to expand the firm’s footprint throughout Florida. The new additions are expected to increase the firm’s Florida revenue by 50% within the first two years.
