Paul comes to NAI from the Related Group of Florida, where he served as senior managing director responsible for all investments and asset management activities for the company’s investment fund.

“The addition of Jordan Paul to our team at NAI/Merin Hunter Codman is the capstone of the major expansion the firm has undertaken in the last several years,” says Neil Merin, Chairman of NAI/Merin Hunter Codman. “Adding depth to our leadership was key to this expansion. Jordan brings extremely well rounded and diverse real estate experience to our firm, allowing us to take our growth and expansion to a new level over a sustained period of time.”

Over the course of his career, Paul has been responsible for the acquisition and management of over $3.5 billion in commercial real estate assets across the US. With the addition of Paul and his national contacts, the firm expects to move well beyond its Palm Beach County focus.
