JERSEY CITY-GSH Group Inc. has received a building operation maintenance services contract with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for the Authority’s recently acquired 2 Montgomery St. here. GSH was the contractor selected for the $1.5-million, three-year contract, sourced through the GSA Federal Supply Schedule.

GSH’s program includes the provision of site-dedicated building engineers to carry out operation, maintenance and repair services of the building’s equipment. The 185,000-square-foot, class A office building is located on the Hudson waterfront.

GSH holds additional engineering contracts with the Authority, including its Cape Liberty Port Jersey Marine Terminal at 51 Port Terminal Blvd. in Bayonne, NJ and the Port Authority Trans-Hudson’s MacMillan Bloedel Building and Train Control Center located at 100 Academy St. in Jersey City.
