PARIS-CB Richard Ellis Investors has sold its 340,000-square-foot Copernic II office complex near Paris to BNP Paribas Real Estate's Opera Rendement SCPI fund. The asset was previously held by CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund III, a pan-European investment fund managed by CBRE Investors. Financial details were not disclosed.

Copernic II is located in Noisy-le-Grand, to the east of Paris. It was inaugurated last June and is currently let at 85%. The complex's two independent buildings meet the HQE environmental standard and have also achieved the THPE very high energy efficiency status.

Christine Sonnier, MD of CBRE Investors in continental Europe, commented: "Copernic II is a highly performing office complex, in terms of both environmental features and wide array of services available to tenants. This operation is a perfect example of our strategy for value creation."
