Hospitality Veteran Starts New Firm

NEW YORK CITY-Former CB Richard Ellis exec, Daniel Lesser is launching a hotel advisory & valuation services firm with Evan Weiss. The firm will be LW Hospitality Advisors, LLC.

NEW YORK CITY-Former CB Richard Ellis executive Daniel H. Lesser is joining with Evan Weiss to launch a new hotel advisory and valuation services firm, LW Hospitality Advisors, LLC. The New York City-based firm, headquartered at Eleven Penn Plaza, will be a national, full-service platform focusing specifically on the hospitality sector.

The core of the business will be advisory and valuation, however the firm will also administer consulting, feasibility, investment counseling, asset management and transactional services. “With that being said, we do have associations with folks who do have money and are doing principal activities,” Lesser tells GlobeSt.com.
