NJ Office Rides Leasing Wave to 100% Occupancy

EWING, NJ-Banking firm Censlar took the bulk of the remaining space with a 41,000-square-foot lease and environmental engineering firm Geosyntrec leased the 5,472-square-foot balance.

EWING, NJ-With the signing of almost 46,000 square feet of new office leases, Colliers International has brought 7 Graphics Dr. here to 100% occupancy. Wholesale banking firm Cenlar FSB leased 41,000 square feet, while environmental engineering firm Geosyntrec Consultants Inc. leased the remaining 5,472 square feet.

Cenlar will occupy the building in the second quarter of 2011, following a build-out of its space. Ultimately, it is consolidating its local facilities into two floors at 7 Graphics Dr., bringing the executive and administrative functions together with its back office operations. Meanwhile, Geosyntrec relocated its New Jersey offices to Ewing late last year.
