DLA Piper Adds High Profile RE Attorneys in Atlanta

ATLANTA-Maxine Hicks left Epstein Becker & Green PC for DLA Piper in order to maximize and capitalize on limited opportunities.

ATLANTA-A team of six lawyers from Epstein Becker & Green PC has joined DLA Piper’s Real Estate practice. Led by M. Maxine Hicks, the group includes J. Lindsay Stradley Jr., Constance P. Haywood, Daniel H. Sherman IV, Louis M. Oliverio, and Ceasar C. Mitchell.   Hicks’ team focuses on handling mixed-used developments, public-private partnerships and infrastructure, health care real estate, recreational development, commercial lending and finance, and adaptive re-use, urban infill and brownfield redevelopment.
