SAN FRANCISCO-Princeton, NJ-based NAI Global is expanding its coverage in northern California with the signing of Kilpatrick & Co. Brokerage. The firm will operate as NAI Kilpatrick, serving the Oakland and San Francisco markets, beginning April 1st.
Headquartered in Oakland, Kilpatrick & Co. is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in the acquisition and sale of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties. The firm also offers property management and loan brokerage services.
Kilpatrick & Co. is currently expanding its offices in Oakland and has secured a San Francisco location to be opened in the first quarter.
