EDISON, NJ-Italian food distributor Colavita USA has purchased One Runyons Ln., a 179,680-square-foot industrial warehouse and office building here, from soft toy manufacturer GUND for $16.7 million, or $53 per square foot.

The 36,205-square-foot office building will serve as Colavita’s new headquarters, relocating from Linden, NJ. Colavita has partially moved in to the space. “Colavita USA found that the size, location and image of One Runyons Ln. combined to create an ideal fit for the company’s manufacturing and distribution operations,” says Joel Lubin, a managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle, which represented GUND in the transaction. Pantheon Properties represented Colavita.

One Runyon’s Ln. will is located on nearly 11 acres adjacent to Interstate 287 and near the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. The building features 27-foot ceilings, a wet sprinkler system, 14-truck dock and 123 parking spaces.
