SEATTLE-A10 Capital has hired Kyle Knox to head up Northwest markets for the firm. In this position, Knox is responsible for sourcing all new business opportunities in the Pacific Northwest and Arizona markets including value-add / mini-perm loans, note purchase loans, mezzanine loans, JV equity investments, and advisory engagements.

Knox, based in the Seattle office, has originated, underwritten, structured, and financed in excess of $3 billion of commercial real estate while holding senior level positions within Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and New York Life. More recently, he was with Beal Bank focusing on note and bank acquisitions.

“During his 20 year career covering the Northwest, Knox has had extensive experience in commercial real estate finance with some of the top firms in the industry,” explains Jerry Dunn, CEO of A10 Capital. “He brings a highly successful track record to our team.”

According to Knox, now EVP of Northwest markets, “Although the commercial real estate markets in the Northwest are in better shape compared to some other parts of the country, we see a great need here for value-add / mini-perm loans, mezzanine loans, and joint venture equity.” He adds that he is “excited to rejoin several of my former colleagues and bring A10’s unique product menu to this market.”
