LINDEN, NJ-The signing of two leases at 55 Wildcat Way has brought the newly constructed, 385,000-square-foot industrial property to full occupancy, according to Cushman & Wakefield, which leased the property for the Morris Cos.

JFC International, a major distributor of Asian food products, has leased 203,000 square feet as part of a relocation of its regional operation from Brooklyn, NY. Horizon Logistics, a third-party logistics and warehouse company, has relocated from Elizabeth, NJ to 182,000 square feet at the building. CBRE represented JFC International, while Jones Lang LaSalle repped Horizon.

“Both tenants were drawn to this property because it offers new, state-of-the-art distribution space with proximity to Port Newark, the NJ Turnpike and Liberty International Airport,” says Stephen Elman of Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford, NJ office. “This quality and location, combined with the Morris Cos.’ reputation as a responsive, competitive landlord, positioned 55 Wildcat Way as one of the most appealing opportunities in the Port Region.”
