ORANGE COUNTY, CA-CalOptima has acquired 505 City Parkway West, a 205,000-square-foot office building adjacent to the Block at Orange mall in Orange, for $30.2 million or about $149 per square foot. The 10-story building was bought from Long Beach-based Abbey Co.
Joe Bevan, Ronda Clark and Grant Freeman from Jones Lang LaSalle's Irvine office represented the buyer, while Mark Friend, Rickey Warner and Peter Wells from CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.'s Anaheim office represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
