PHILADELPHIA-Industrial assets are holding up well right now because of a lack of new building and increased demand by tenants, says Anthony Hayden, principal of Hayden investments. He spoke at the recent RealShare Philadelphia conference with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter, where he also said that his firm is looking at suburban-office deals.
