PHILADELPHIA-Plus, it's a little easier to get transactions done with Fannie Mae than Freddie Mac, reveals Alliant Capital's John Marr at RealShare Philadelphia.

PHILADELPHIA-Multifamily financing will continue to be the strongest of all property sectors, and more lenders will enter the market says John Marr, senior vice president of Alliant Capital's Midwest region. He also says that his firm prefers dealing with Fannie Mae over Freddie Mac, during a conversation with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter at the RealShare Philadelphia conference.
