HAMPTON, NJ-Biomedical company Ikaria Inc. has signed a 101,641-square-foot lease at the Perryville Corporate Park III here, according to CB Richard Ellis, which represented landlord Crown Perryville LLC. Ikaria will use the space at 53 Frontage Rd. as the office and administrative headquarters for its biotherapeutics business. The company is relocating from 6 Rt. 173 in Clinton, NJ.

“In this transaction, due to recent and projected growth, Ikaria, was looking to relocate its front office operations to a high quality office environment that is well-located and would serve its growing administrative office needs in the New Jersey marketplace,” says Robert Ryan, a vice president at CB Richard Ellis. “The 53 Frontage Rd. property is a multi-storied, class A, headquarter-quality facility that offers extensive amenities and provides employees from New Jersey and Pennsylvania.”

The lease encompasses the entire third floor of the 280,000-square-foot building. Amenities include a common area conference facility and a gourmet cafeteria as well as indoor and outdoor exercise facilities that include a walking path and tennis and basketball courts. Other tenants are Enpirion, Hatch Mott MacDonald, Maser Consulting, Toll Brothers, United Bankcard and Perryville Office Suites.
