LOGAN TWP., NJ-A former distribution center for defunct retailer Linens ’n Things at 1109 Commerce Blvd. here has been sold to a joint venture of DP Partners and Great Point Investors for an undisclosed sum.
The 259,910-square-foot, one-story distribution center, located on 25 acres at the LogistiCenter at Logan office park, was sold by Lexington Lion NEBC LP, an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust. DP Partners is the developer of LogistiCenter at Logan, a 1,100-acre, class A, master-planned business park fronting Center Square Road. Bensalem, PA-based Roddy Inc. represented the seller.
