Progressive Insurance Renews in Iselin

ISELIN, NJ-The tenant has been in the building for 13 years and worked with landlord KBS Realty Advisors to remain in the space.

ISELIN, NJ-Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. has renewed its 22,494 square feet lease at 485 Rt. 1 S. at Woodbridge Corporate Plaza here. “It was extremely important for Progressive Insurance that its employees be in close proximity to transportation,” says Michael Tesser, a senior managing director with Colliers International New Jersey, which arranged the renewal.
