IRVINE, CA-Thompson National Properties LLC adds Thomas Clarke as senior vice president of real estate. The locally based company also promotes Candace Rice to senior vice president and chief accounting officer.

Rice will direct the company’s corporate accounting, property accounting, tax, treasury and reporting functions. “Candace has always provided outstanding leadership to the accounting department,” says Jack Maurer, vice chairman and partner at TNP. “I look forward to continuing to work closely with her.”
Prior to joining TNP two years ago, Rice was vice president of property accounting at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors LLC, formerly Triple Net Properties, where she was responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting for 33 million square feet of commercial office space and 26 multifamily properties.
