CBRE Names Pittman Colorado Market Leader

DENVER-Ray Pittman rejoins the company where he spent 15 years of his early commercial real estate career.

DENVER-CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. has appointed Ray Pittman as senior managing director and market leader for CBRE’s business lines throughout the State of Colorado. Pittman is rejoining CBRE, the company where he spent 15 years of his early commercial real estate career.

“Ray is an innovative, strategic thinker who has right skills, market knowledge and passion to take our market leadership position in Colorado to the next level,” says Steve Swerdlow, president of the western division for CBRE. “As a former CBRE executive, and more recently as a client of our firm, we know firsthand how Ray’s energetic leadership style and his values will enhance our efforts.”
