MIAMI-Jones Lang LaSalle has won the property management contract for Miami Tower in downtown Miami. The 600,959-square-foot landmark office skyscraper located at 100 SE Second Street stands at 47 stories and is the eighth tallest building in Florida.

“Jones Lang LaSalle is proud to assume management responsibilities for Miami Tower, one of the finest landmark buildings in downtown Miami,” Steven Froot, senior vice president at JLL, tells GlobeSt.com. “The trophy office tower truly defines the downtown Miami office market and we are looking forward to increasing operational efficiencies and business benefits to its highly-regarded tenant roster.”

Along with Froot, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Steve Conteaguero and Jay Leone are leading property management at the office tower while Louis Contreras is chief engineer.
This recent win follows other Jones Lang LaSalle assignments at some of Florida’s iconic trophy towers. Last year the firm won the exclusive leasing contracts for Bank of America Tower at 50 Laura St., Jacksonville, and the SunTrust Financial Centre in downtown Tampa.
