MIAMI-After receiving funding to complete the stalled office tower last week, Foram Group has unveiled plans to open the doors to 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza in August. In fact, Foram is making a bold promise to bring a luxury building to the Miami scene that will demand the attention of the global office market.

"We designed the building from the inside out, not the outside in,” says Loretta Cockrum, Foram’s founder, chairman and CEO. “We wanted the most efficient office building ever designed, with no wasted space or wasted energy. This is a building of the future more than a building of the present. A lot of love has gone into that building, and a lot of pride "

Formerly known as the Brickell Financial Centre, the 600,000-square-foot, 40-story project is located in the heart of Downtown Miami’s Financial District. Foram is claiming the building will set a new international standard for both technology and sustainability in office development.
