SEATTLE-Grubb & Ellis Co. has hired Todd Henderson in Grubb & Ellis Landauer valuation advisory services as managing director of its Seattle office. Henderson joins the company from CB Richard Ellis valuation advisory services, where he was a senior appraiser.

During his five years at CB Richard Ellis, he completed valuation assignments in Washington and Oregon on behalf of a wide variety of property types and clients, including pension fund advisors, institutional lenders, local banks and private individuals. Prior to joining CBRE, Henderson spent three years with EF & A Funding LLC, now part of Alliant Capital LLC.
