PHILADELPHIA-Richard Gottlieb, a senior vice president of Keystone Property Group, is the new president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of NAIOP. He succeeds Peter Corcoran of the Kenney Agency in the one-year position.

Gottlieb's plans include building membership at the chapter and strengthening its position in state and local politics. Philly NAIOP currently has about 70 members, and leadership includes members of Citizens Bank, DP Partners, Brandywine Realty Trust and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Gottlieb joined Bala Cynwyd, PA-based Keystone in 2005. He heads up development, marketing and management of the firm's office and industrial portfolio, which includes about 30 properties in this state, New Jersey, Illinois and Florida.
