SOUTH ORANGE, NJ-An 8,200-square-foot retail building at 121-129 S. Orange Ave. here has been sold to Realty Management Systems LLC for $1.15 million. The seller was S&C Leasing of South Orange LLC.
Located in South Orange’s central business district, the center is home to Rita’s Water Ice, Sonny’s Bagels and Diamond Cleaners. “With this ever-changing economy, we are finding many owners are looking at the opportunity of selling their property and they are relying on our company’s expertise,” says Chuck Lanyard, president of the Goldstein Group, which brokered the sale.
