DELANCO, NJ-Colliers International’s Southern New Jersey industrial division has completed two major leases in Delanco, NJ and Vineland, NJ, respectively. In the first deal, Boise Cascade Building Materials Distribution LLC is leasing a 307,000-square-foot warehouse in Delanco. In the second, specialty-tubing manufacturer Tech Tube is taking 50,000 square feet of space in Vineland.

Wholesale distributor Boise Cascade, based in Boise, ID, will occupy 2700 Burlington Ave., situated on 47 acres in Burlington County. It consists of two warehouses of 253,311 square feet and 50,209 square feet, respectively, and more than 5,000 square feet of office space. The property also features operational rail, which Boise required. Colliers International represented owner Endurance Real Estate Group of Bala Cynwyd, PA.

Meanwhile, Tech Tube will occupy 50,000 square feet of the 85,100-square-foot building at 1299 W. Forest Grove Rd., a 12.5-acre site. The company is relocating from Pitman, NJ for expansion purposes. Colliers represented property owner B.D.G.S. in the deal.
