Class A Quality Attracts Webcor LP

ALAMEDA, CA-Webcor LP has executed a 37,663-square-foot long-term lease at the Waterfront at Harbor Bay, a 385,000-square-foot business park consisting of four two-story office buildings, one single story office building and one distribution building. The property is located just minutes from downtown Oakland and Interstate 880 via the Ron Cowan Parkway. 

Webcor will occupy one entire floor at 1751 Harbor Bay Parkway, a 73,257 two-story office building within the park. “We are pleased to welcome Webcor to the Waterfront at Harbor Bay and look forward to building a long term relationship with them,” says Robert Butchenhart, asset manager of BPG Properties Ltd. who was responsible for negotiating the lease on behalf of the landlord.
