FLEMINGTON, NJ-Flemington Department Store and Customized Distribution Services have signed for a combined 75,000 square feet of industrial space at 1200 Rt. 523 in Flemington, said Colliers International New Jersey, which represented both tenants and landlord Equity Industrial Partners in the deals.

Flemington Department Store signed for 40,000 square feet, while Customized Distribution Services took 35,000 square feet as its New Jersey headquarters. Both are relocations and expansions. “Both Flemington Department Store and Customized Distribution Services were seeking strategic locations for their respective businesses,” says Joe Nitti, executive managing director with Colliers International New Jersey, who, along with John Kainer, led the leasing efforts.

“This building gives both tenants ample space for their business operations while providing easy access to major thoroughfares and their other locations," Nitti adds. Other tenants in the building include Whitehurst Clark, Johanna Farms and UTI.
