PARAMUS, NJ-Curtis Nassau has been promoted to vice president at the Goldstein Group. Nassau has been instrumental in the completion of 20 fitness center deals and represents Dollar General in its store expansion of L.A. Boxing and Planet Fitness in the state. He also is focusing on the franchise rollout of Smashburger and Hand & Stone Spas.
“Curtis Nassau has been with the Goldstein Group for over eight years and has been one of our top producing salespeople,” Chuck Lanyard, president of the Goldstein Group, said in a statement. “His knowledge, dedication and desire to service his clients have culminated in great success and we are proud of his accomplishments.”
Nassau also has been involved in several retail property sales, including the Levitz Furniture building on Route 10 in Livingston, NJ; the Living Room Plus building on Route 4 in Paramus, NJ; and a ShopRite-anchored shopping center in Rutherford, NJ. A graduate of Union College in Schenectady, NY, Nassau grew up in the retail industry, working in his family’s retail business selling window treatments in Bergen County, NJ.
