ONTARIO, CA-Alex Mogharebi has joined Hendricks & Partners in Southern California as partner in the opening of the new Ontario, CA office, serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Mogharebi is a former executive vice president of investments for Marcus & Millichap and was the company’s No. 1 investment associate in the US 13 times over the last 20 years, according to a prepared statement.

Mogharebi will be instrumental in Hendricks & Partners’ continued expansion into the Southern California market, one of the hottest multifamily markets in the country. In addition to the new Inland Empire, Ontario office, Mogharebi will also be working in the Newport Beach office.

As the top apartment sales advisor in California and the US, Mogharebi brings to Hendricks & Partners his wealth of experience and relationships, according to a prepared statement. During his career spanning more than two decades, Mogharebi has handled the sale of more than 41,000 units.

Hendricks & Partners is also pleased to welcome Mogharebi’s multifamily team in the new Hendricks & Partners Ontario, CA office. His team includes Lisa Sipan, an escrow management specialist with more than 18 years of real estate experience, Otto Ozen, a senior fi nancial analyst, who is an expert in underwriting and project analysis, and John Montakab, a business marketing strategist.
