WEST ORANGE, NJ-The Hampshire Cos. and joint venture partner Paragon Realty have sold a 13,776-square-foot medical office condo at 375 Mount Pleasant Ave. here to Urology Group of New Jersey. The space was one of the few remaining at the 106,000-square-foot, recently redeveloped Mount Pleasant Medical office building.

“We saw the demand for medical office space as an opportunity to provide physicians with premier space options that benefit both their practices and their patients,” says John Dalton, an asset manager at Morristown, NJ-based Hampshire. Colliers International New Jersey is marketing the building, where 50% of the condos are now sold.
