FAIRFIELD, NJ-Indasa USA will relocated from Passaic, NJ to 23,000 square feet of flex space at 23 Madison Rd. here. Cushman & Wakefield represented the coated abrasives distributor, while American Properties represented landlord Richards and Robbins.
“Our client will move to its new address from an older building, where its offices were tucked away in the back of the property,” says Robert Adams of Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford, NJ office. “Today’s market and aggressive rents afford great opportunities for companies like Indasa that are looking to move to higher quality real estate.”
Situated directly off of Route 46, near Interstate 80, the new location is a campus-like setting that includes both warehouse/distribution space and offices.
