Fossil Leases 535,000 SF for HQ

RICHARDSON, TX-Fossil will consolidate its two local corporate offices into 535,000 square feet at 901 Central here. The company, which designs and distributes fashion accessories, signed a long-term lease for the property, which is owned by The Swig Company.

901 Central is the former headquarters for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. The facility became available when BCBSTX moved into its new 1.1 million-square-foot headquarters in March 2010. Dallas-based KDC, which developed the new BCBSTX headquarters, took over the lease obligation for the company’s former facility, redeveloped and renamed it 901 Central.
