MILWAUKEE-The village of Greendale has said that construction work for a planned $17-million senior housing complex consisting of 90 units will start this week on a Southridge Mall property in Greendale. Fox Point-based General Capital Group has recently bought three acres of land south of the mall from Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc., and also has secured financing for the Berkshire-Greendale project.
